Bigger problem is that it is a great property, but it is downtown. When the newness wears off, probably sometime after the next Super Bowl, it will still be downtown and not many are going to decide to pay the same $$ for a room there as they could spend at the Wynn, Encore, Aria, etc.

Circa sportsbook is awesome. It basically takes up what seems like 1/3 of the entire first level of the casino. Plus part of the 2nd floor which overlooks it.
Haven’t stayed there yet. Rooms look nice from the pics. Seems they have been pretty tight on the comps and free rooms if you sign up for their players club. I ran some decent money through there and haven’t even got one scent of an offer.
Wynn still tops for me. Average sized player and they still hook me up…
